Rachel Greco loves weaving joy into both movement and moving images. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, she began her career on the production side — assisting camera departments and learning the rhythms of set life — before finding her home in post-production.
She cut her teeth at The Mill, learning her chops in editing and post, contributing to projects that spanned music videos, commercials, and brand work — including memorable spots like Cardi B, Microsoft, and TED. From there, she freelanced as a video editor for clients such as The Grammys, Instagram, Samsung, and Alvin Ailey, honing her ability to craft stories with both sensitivity and energy.
Most recently, she worked as a Post Coordinator at House of Parliament, collaborating with talented VFX and post-production crews on projects for Apple, Tiffany & Co., and Netflix. These experiences deepened her love of teamwork, problem-solving, and keeping creativity flowing under pressure.
Inspired by sensitive rhythms & heavy beats, still & frantic atmospheres, poetry in nature, and funny sunny friends & family, Rachel also finds joy in what she calls movement poetry. She is a movement coach, dancer, and aerialist who channels the same creativity and attention to detail into fitness and performance.
Now freshly back on Long Island after years in LA and NYC, Rachel continues blending her worlds of post-production and movement. She thrives on collaboration, brings a little “silly goose” energy to every team, and finds endless inspiration in her family, nature, and the simple joys of life — a dance floor with loved ones, a warm shower, and the sun on her skin.
